The HY-3015-6022L series is a fiber laser cutting machine of international standard tailored to the needs of the sheet metal processing industry. It uses advanced fiber lasers to output high energy density laser beams and gathers them on the surface of the workpiece, so that the area on the workpiece irradiated by the ultra-fine focal spot instantly melts and vaporizes. The CNC mechanical system moves the spot irradiation position to realize automatic cutting.

Safety protection system

The equipment is 3000W laser cutting equipment, laser radiation on the human body has a certain degree of harm, therefore, the whole system of safety protection measures is extremely important.

The laser part is marked with an icon, indicating that there is a laser output, to avoid direct laser damage to the human body;

◆ The outer case part of the laser is grounded to avoid personal injury caused by leakage of the equipment shell;

Equipped with suitable laser protective glasses for the operator, and must keep the protective glasses worn during the whole operation;

◆ Before operating the equipment, it is necessary to check whether the protective equipment is worn;

◆ When the equipment is powered on, it is not allowed to look directly at the laser head with eyes at any time;

Laser equipment with emergency stop switch, can immediately stop the laser in case of emergency, and the laser power off;

◆ For the external transmission optical fiber part of the workstation, high-quality imported slide rail pulleys and limiting devices are selected to fix and guide the laser optical cable;

The transmission fiber is protected by a special laser protective material protective sleeve to prevent laser leakage;

◆ The transmission fiber protective sleeve part is equipped with laser leakage protection. If the laser leakage is caused by fiber breakage, the laser leakage will be transmitted.

The sensor can monitor the laser leakage. If the leakage is found, it will immediately transmit the signal to the control center, which will stop the laser equipment from emitting light and give an alarm.

If the cutting auxiliary gas is dried compressed air, the cost is the actual air compressor running electricity machine power supplies (protective lens, cutting nozzle).
